Peut-être au début ils étaient comme les autres...chaqu'un posséda une culture maternelle, une langue parentelle, et une histoire originale... mais après avoir prêté serment en suivant la disposition du droit international, ils peuvent disposer d'une autre nouvelle identité ¨Non-nationaliste¨. Ces gens là peuvent vivre sans frontière...
当然, 他们不但要放弃在原属国内享有的政治权利, 经济利益, 而且通常他们也无权享受任何国家的社会福利政策...... 他们不仅会失去传统意义上的"归属感", 而且他们受制于任何居住国的法律约束......
If you look at them with a passive jugement, these people could become the most miserable community in the worldwide; but if traditional society approves of this existence which is considered as a reasonable phenomenon of social evolution, ¨Non-nationalists¨ should be a new branch of human ecology... and in the same time, they'll be protected by a special legal system.
Voix réaliste:
1) Comment pouvons-nous devenir des non-nationalites? L'Organisation des Nations Unies (O.N.U.) devrais proposer un système sélectionné afin d'assurer ce nouvel écosystème ne soit pas utilisé par des gens qui voulurent éviter des responsabilités...
